A completely out of the ordinary case occurred in the summer of 1984 in the Southern Pyrenees.
Unknown predators have got into the habit of stealing sheep from pastures. But which ones? Wolves have not been seen in this part of the country for forty years. Zoologists who arrived at the scene found out: the cattle are most likely stolen... by American cougars. But where could they have come from in Southern Italy?.
