A bright white ball with a flicker of color was seen by an eyewitness over the city of Haren (Groningen region):
Around 7:30, I closed the curtains. The stars were clearly visible in the dark sky. One of the lights especially caught my attention. It was a very bright light and white color. It also flickered red, green and blue.
He moved for the most part with a star next to him, but stood out because from time to time it seemed that he was rising to another height. At first I thought it was a drone, but after the object had been in the air for 2 hours, I had doubts.
I decided to call my uncle, who knows a lot about drones himself, and asked him if it was possible for a drone to hover in the air for so long. He said most drones can fly for about 30-45 minutes. I also asked him if he could see the object from his house. And yes, he saw it too. This immediately ruled out that it was a star or a planet. For him, the light could be seen when he looked to the north, and I saw him only to the south.
Our houses are about 10 km from each other. The object itself was moving very clearly. It seemed to be standing still, but from time to time it suddenly moved to the left, to the right, as well as up and down. He was moving too slowly for an airplane and not in a straight line.
It was too far away for good photos and videos. If you still want them, I made them.

Fel wit bolletje met kleur flikkering.
HAREN, GR — Rond 7:30 deed ik de gordijnen dicht. In de donkere lucht waren de sterren al goed te zien. Een van de lichten viel mij in het speciaal op. Het was een erg fel licht en wit van kleur. Het flikkerde ook rood, groen en blauw. Het bewoog grotendeels mee met een ster ernaast maar viel op omdat het zo nu en dan ook de andere kan op leek te gaan. Ik dacht eerst dat het een drone was, maar nadat het object voor 2 uur nog in de lucht hing begon ik toch te twijfelen. Ik besloot mijn oom te bellen die zelf erg veel weet van drones en vroeg hem of het mogelijk was dat een drone zo lang in de lucht hing. Hij zij dat de meeste drones ongeveer 30-45 min kunnen vliegen. Ik vroeg hem ook of hij het object kon zien vanaf zijn huis. En jawel hij zag het ook. Dit sloot dan ook direct uit dat het een ster of planeet was. Voor hem was het licht namelijk te zien als hij naar het noorden keek, terwijl ik het juist in het zuiden zag. Onze woonplaatsen liggen ongeveer 10 km uit elkaar. Het object zelf bewoog erg apart. Het leek aardig stil te staan maar zo nu en dan bewoog het opeens naar links, recht en ook naar onder en boven. Voor een vliegtuig bewoog het te langzaam en bovendien niet in een rechte lijn. Voor goede foto's en video's was het te ver. Als u deze alsnog wilt heb ik ze wel gemaakt.

Investigation
Most likely it is an ordinary star. The light from it passes through different layers of the atmosphere in terms of density and temperature, which are similar to lenses that refract light, which leads to the appearance of iridescent colors on it. Maybe two witnesses observed different stars?
