Initial data
The mysterious pale figure was captured on CCTV footage, which caused a heated debate among ghostbusters and paranormal enthusiasts.
Footage of the strange "pale creature" has been widely shared on the Internet, and it's enough to keep you awake at night.
Looking like a scene from "Very Strange Cases" or "Harry Potter," a small, eerily pale creature was filmed near Morehead, Kentucky, which sparked discussion in Twitter of what it might be.
The video shows a recording of a pale white lanky figure that looks quite similar to a human, but is hunched in a distorted position. A figure appears in the garden in front of or behind a person's house, approaching the car of the owner of the house.
The owner of the house says:
"You can clearly see his face."
The video, published by Paranormality Magazine, has gained more than 250,000 views, thousands of likes and hundreds of comments.
Users flocked to the post to analyze the record in more detail and discuss what the mysterious figure might be.
One asked:
"This is a video recording of a monitor playing a recording, isn't it? Not the video itself."
"Do you know the exact location? I am part of a paranormal research group based in Morehead," another user said.
The third indicated:
"I have a question, is it infrared radiation? Because a pale creature would actually be dark in color (a dude in a black suit) and in this case would look white. I know it's not your video, but things like this can reveal a lot of missing details."
However, Paranormality Magazine responded to several users, noting that he was actually "a little disappointed with the video" because he thinks "it's a guy in a suit."

Hypotheses
Deliberate falsification
This version includes any falsifications that imitate unexplained phenomena both from the outside: practical jokes, flash mobs, fake news, witness fraud, staging, etc.
There are many ways to make something similar to a ghost or a flying saucer from improvised materials, without using video and photomontage.
Many homemade things made for the sake of a joke, a practical joke or a direct imitation of a mystical being or event can be taken as unexplained not only in photos and videos, but also in reality.
Take pictures and video from the screen
Most often this method is used to hide the detail, allowing to identify a fake, because of the fear of lost a significant part of fine detail, distorted image, etc.
However, it may be a special case of the use of frames from films, broadcasts etc. for fraud.
