The article published in the newspaper "Trud" for January 30, 1985 aroused great interest. I want to inform you of the observations of eyewitnesses who observed the object on the 20th of December repeatedly and at different times of the day (from 18 to 3 am).
According to the descriptions of eyewitnesses, it was a ball of yellowish color and high brightness. There were several rays coming from him, similar to the rays of a searchlight. One of the beams descended to the ground. It was clearly concentrated and clearly visible in the clear air. Its color resembled something like the color of snow in poor light. Or most eyewitnesses agree that the beam had a bluish-foggy white color. And the saleswoman of our store was even illuminated by a beam when she closed the store at six o'clock in the evening. She also noted the color of the beam and its extraordinary brightness. Then it began to disperse, gradually losing brightness and disappeared. And in the sky at this time hung a large bright ball from which this ray emanated.
It is also striking that some eyewitnesses note the transfusion of the object with multicolored lights (red, blue, green). Something like a Christmas tree garland.
Then a hemisphere hung in space against the background of the stars, from which some light waves emanated. It looked something like this: a light wave, proceeding from the object, passed some distance, disappeared, in its place at the same moment appeared, the next one and passed some distance, disappeared, in its place again at that moment the next one appeared and so the cycle was repeated several more times.
Five minutes later, the observers saw the same thing again. Basically, I passed on what the eyewitnesses told me. In addition, their descriptions actually coincide with the descriptions of the crew of the Riga aircraft.
