I decided to write, because I observed incomprehensible phenomena twice, although they could lose all significance for the commission on AI due to the prescription of events.

Both phenomena occurred in the town of Gudermes of the Chechen-Ingush ASSR, which is characterized by a very clean atmosphere (air purity 98%) and a small number of rainy days (300 sunny days a year), observed them late in the evening, despite the fact that the first was seen in 1975, and the second in 1978, both were located to northwest of the city, visually at the same height. Both times the nights were cloudless, calm with bright stars.

Also in the evening around 9 o'clock (1978, August) we were burning a bonfire on the street,

when about the same place, but higher and to the west, I saw a bright green ball in the sky. I didn't notice how he appeared. He left behind a green trail and moved very slowly, so that visually his movement was not noticeable.

After a few hours, the trail lengthened, it remained the same thin and slightly uneven. I used to think it was a comet, or a comet phenomenon, or something like that, but then I was told that comet phenomena look completely different.
