A small dot that emits different colors and stays in one place is seen above Dedemsvart.
The size of what I saw was the size of a star, that's what I thought at first. I looked at it more closely and saw that it gave different colors at different times (like a disco ball) and the brightness of the glowing dot was also constantly changing.
The colors I saw were neon yellow, neon green, red, orange and purple-bluish. The glowing sphere did not move for 10 minutes at first, and then moved very slowly towards the east, but sometimes a little backwards or up and down.
I've been looking at it for about half an hour now, and it's only moved a very small distance, very slowly. What gives me 100% confidence that this is not an airplane is that, firstly, it has all different colors, and the airplane has only white, green and red lights. And since the plane never flies in a circle, the planes always fly straight in one line, as far as we can see from this distance. The colors of the light bulb change quickly, creating a peculiar flickering effect. But the light is not so bright that it can be seen in the dark on the ground floor. But you can see how the rays around it get bigger and smaller as the brightness changes.
I tried to capture it on video, but a lot of it is not visible. I will also consider sending it. I hope you can do something about it, because I've seen something before, but it's very obvious.

DEDEMSVAART, OV — De grootte van hetgeen wat ik zag was zo groot als een ster, dat is ook wat ik eerst dacht. Ik keek er langer na en zag dat het verschillende kleuren gaf (soort discobal) op verschillende momenten en de helderheid van de lichtgevende stip veranderde ook constant. De kleuren die ik zag waren neon-geel, Neon-groen, Rood, Oranje en paars/blauw achtig. De lichtgevende bol geweerde in eerste instantie niet voor ongeveer 10 minuten en daarna bewoog het heel langzaam naar het oosten toe, maar soms ook weer een klein stukje terug of omhoog en naar beneden. Ik kijk er nu al zo ongeveer een half uur naar en het is maar een heel klein stukje verplaats het gaat heel traag. Waardoor ik 100% zeker weet dat het geen vliegtuig is is omdat het ten eerste al de verschillende kleuren heeft en een vliegtuig alleen wit, groen en rode lampjes heeft. En omdat een vliegtuig nooit een “rondje” zou vliegen, vliegtuigen gaan altijd gewoon in 1 streep rechtdoor in hoeverre we kunnen zien vanaf deze afstand. De kleuren van de lichtbol veranderen snel van kleur en het geeft een soort flitsend effect. Maar de lichten zijn niet zo helder dat je ze meekrijgt in het donker op begaande grond. Maar je ziet de stralen eromheen telkens groter en kleiner worden door de helderheid die zich aanpast. Ik heb geprobeerd hier een filmpje van te maken maar je ziet er niet heel veel van. Ik zal kijken om deze ook toe te kunnen sturen. Hoop dat jullie hier wat mee kunnen want heb wel vaker dingen gezien maar deze is wel erg overduidelijk.
