Initial data
Bulanov A.G. writes to the newspaper "Trud":
Dear editorial staff!
On September 1, 82, at approximately 0:08 a.m. Moscow. At that time, I had to observe an interesting sight in the southern part of the sky.
A plume of fire swept across the sky from northeast to southwest and stopped glowing in one place. Seconds or fractions of a second later, a fiery arrow streaked across him from northwest to southeast. The arrow disappeared instantly, and the plume glowed for some time and gradually melted to its full
disappearances. The sky was cloudless at that time, the stars were shining and the moon was going to sleep.
If this was a war of the heavenly "gods" (a natural phenomenon), then describe this case in the newspaper. If this was the creation of the earthly gods, then you can satisfy my curiosity with a short letter.
