Australian biologists have discovered in the South new species of frogs of Borodavkin, Uperoleia Mahonyi. The representatives of this type on the legs is bright orange stripes. At the approach of a predator, the frog pulls the legs, so that the stripes start "blinking" as flashing beacons. Scientists suggest that such a maneuver scares the attacker wins and the frog time to escape. A new study of the species was published in Zootaxa.
