On Friday, November 5, a water tornado swept over the small Spanish enclave of Melilla, which is located on the Mediterranean coast of Morocco, Yrt News reports.
Since the morning, the sky has been cloudy, and in some places the ground has even been covered with hail.
Locals claim that such a weather phenomenon indicates an impending thunderstorm.
Recall that due to climate change, extreme natural phenomena have become commonplace for Spain this year.
Authorities continue to monitor the volcanic eruption on the island of Palma, which began on September 19 and destroyed more than 2,500 buildings.
