Near Chelyabinsk dacha almost fell into the ground

In the private sector of Kopeysk (Chelyabinsk region), one of the garden plots almost fell into hell. There was an unexpected collapse of the ground, resulting in an impressive pit.

The depth of the sinkhole was about four meters, and the diameter was almost six. At the same time, according to the owners of the site, the pit is gradually increasing in size.

The landowner Farida Yastrebova was prevented from eating apples by the incident. While she was enjoying the fruit and her husband went to wash the car, the ground collapsed and almost swallowed up the children running around.

"It was very scary. It's like we were born again," Farida shared.

The city administration said that there are several old abandoned mines under the site. Most likely, this was the reason for the subsidence of the soil.

The sinkhole was cordoned off by rescuers, and residents were evacuated. The pit will be filled with waste from coal production, and the top will be covered with a layer of black earth.
