To the South-West of lake Ulken-Borly, a metal vessel in the shape of a disk was found, apparently crashed near the lake. One gnome-like humanoid was found inside the object.

The disk and its occupant were taken to Semipalatinsk. It is reported that the humanoid body is stored in an underground laboratory near the government airport in Vnukovo.

The humanoid appears to have temporarily resided in Semipalatinsk, apparently in a high-altitude chamber with an atmosphere of carbon dioxide. The disk was stored for some time at the Kustanai airfield, and then was transported to Stepnogorsk, where it was hidden in an underground bunker along with three other UFOs
