Initial data
A square object was spotted over the city of Heemskerk (North Holland):
Every morning this object appears around 5 o'clock...
I also have a video of him.
According to ufomeldpunt.nl this is a planet:
Most likely Venus, because it is very large and bright, but Mars can also be seen, given the color. A rectangular shape is a distorted image of the camera lens.

Planeet
Hoogstwaarschijnlijk Venus omdat deze erg groot en fel te zien is maar Mars zou ook nog kunnen gezien de kleur. De rechthoekige vorm is een vertekend beeld van de cameralens.
Hypotheses
The heavenly bodies
The brightest heavenly bodies in the sky are Venus, Jupiter, and sometimes Mars and, of course, the Moon.
Venus is the bright yellow of the evening or morning star, shining in the sky on the background of evening or dawn. Maximum brightness of Venus can reach up to 4.3 m, and she is the third brightness of the sun in earth's sky after the sun and the moon. It so well reflects the light of the Sun that it is relatively easy to see and day, especially if you know the location. It manifests itself in the form of tiny blinking white dots.
Objects and light sources out of focus
When the objects are out of focus, their silhouettes blurred and poorly recognizable. They can look like dark or colored translucent stain. This is often the cobwebs, spiders, insects in front of the camera.

Investigation
Based on the description of the observation, it looks very much like some kind of celestial body. Based on the appearance in the photo, it is difficult to judge, since it is obviously distorted by the camera when approaching.
