Initial data
The glowing objects were filmed at the CE-5 event using night vision equipment.
There was no boat or ship in the place where they were hanging, and no aircraft or other flying objects were seen anywhere near the objects either before, during, or after the event. There was no smoke near the objects. They appeared in this dimension unexpectedly and did not move in the direction of the gusty wind that was from time to time.
Similar objects have been seen in that place before.
Hypotheses
Pyrotechnics
This category includes not only pyrotechnic projectiles visible in the sky, but also traces of exploded projectiles, their fragments and other similar activities.
Pyrotechnics is a branch of technology related to the technology of preparing combustible compounds and burning them to obtain a certain signal or effect.

Investigation
According to the video, it is difficult to find out the exact time that the objects were hanging in the air.
As a hypothesis, we can assume, for example, a signal rocket with a parachute. The appearance, appearance and disappearance are very similar, although questions remain - where they were launched from, if there was no boat or similar launch site, whether objects are descending and at what speed. It is also necessary to clarify the correspondence of the observation time of objects to the time when the rocket was in the air, as well as whether there were special flights at the specified time.
According to washingtonexaminer.com:
On this day, Greer led an expedition to Vero Beach on the east coast of Florida. Greer's website says there is a "tuition fee" of "$2500-3500 depending on the cost of the facility" for his weekly expeditions. The website explains that "all Ambassador to the Universe trainings are similar. It is expected that all participants will fill out and return the disclaimer, Confidentiality agreement and Ambassador agreement, which will be sent after they pay and register."
Let's go back to January 27, 2015, when Greer's expedition claimed to have caused two UFOs.
The surveillance video was posted on Greer's YouTube channel, and this incident was the first case listed on the "photo and video evidence" page of Greer's website. The video introduction states that the "event" took place between 21:10 and 21:15 and "was the result of an invitation initiated by participants using consistent thought and meditation practices, also known as CE-5 protocols." The description of the video says: "No boats or ships were seen anywhere in the area of the objects, and there were no planes, planes or other flying objects anywhere near the objects before, during or after the event."
According to FlightAware flight tracking data obtained by the Washington Examiner, it suggests that the latter is true. On January 27, 2015, at 21:11, a Beech 76 Duchess aircraft with registration number N110SU was registered, flying at a speed of 85 miles per hour near Vero Beach. This is slower than the normal cruising speed of the aircraft, and may allow the flight crew to deploy parachute rockets or some other lighting device. The plane took off and returned to Fort Pierce Airport.
Since the appearance is really characteristic of a signal rocket, and there was also a reason and an opportunity to launch it, then this is probably it.
