Our reader, who introduced himself as Dmitry Vorobyov, through the feedback sent us a letter with the following text and with reference to their stratico in facebook, which had a similar text:
Yesterday on TV channel "Ren-TV" on the transfer of Igor Prokopenko said about three so-called "anomalous zones", one of which is located in the Perm region near the village of Molebka, and the other two -- in Norway and in the United States. As mentioned in the telecast, among a variety of "anomalous phenomena", regularly observed in these "zones" -- a "glowing orange fog" and the white "glowing orbs"...
It is very possible that such "anomalous zone" and there is very close to Voronezh (probably even in the city) -- in the woods near suburban settlements Greenhouse and Shady (though, in fact it is one and the same settlement). I enclose a few photos you have taken for 5 years -- from December 2013 to December last year. In addition to the above "anomalous phenomena" (i.e., numerous "glowing balls" and so-called "orange fog"), in these photos you can see a few translucent as if "ghosts" of different shape (sometimes like is very close to the surface of the earth clouds, which are visible only on the photo, and "naked eye" -- somehow not visible).
I should add that neither sunset nor sunrise is depicted on some of these photos glow (similar to the "orange fog") can not be, -- on the basis of time (often almost in the middle of the night), and direction of photography... However, I certainly do not insist on any "supernatural" nature of these "anomalous phenomena". On the contrary, I would appreciate attempts by readers to explain them in any rational (i.e. scientific) causes...

Here we can consider only those events about which we have some data, i.e. the fact of shooting "glowing balls" and "transparent like ghosts."
Sorry, we have no originals for a more detailed analysis, however, those three pictures that were presented in the social network allow you to speculate on the basis of only one image.
The pictures we see smoke or steam, and snow and smaller ice crystals (or drops of water), which reflected the flash light (on the application of a flash when taking all three photos we can tell through her reflection on the objects of the surrounding landscape: trees, branches, snow). This explains why the "essence" was not visible visually, but remained only in photographs.
Thus, if the place is some kind of anomaly, then no one of the published images it is, unfortunately, not included.
