Initial data
Miguel Herrero Sierra, 34, was driving his pickup truck along a highway near Guadalajara when the lights and engine suddenly went out. He managed to pull over to the side of the road, but he couldn't find anything wrong with the car.
He decided to wait in the truck until dawn, when he could get help. A figure dressed as a diver called out to him from 50 meters away.
The man invited Herrero to accompany him, and he was led to a strange ship in the shape of a hat, under which was a cylinder that reached to the ground. Inside the ship, the witness found himself in a room 14 meters in diameter with walls like crystal or plastic.
Herrero stayed inside for about three hours, telepathically talking to the entities on Board. Then he was outside the ship again and noticed a stab wound on his arm, as if they had taken a blood sample. He didn't remember them doing it.
The case was closed as a fraud by the JP Gonzales / Anomalia Foundation.

Summary: Miguel Herrero Sierra, 34, was driving his pickup truck on the highway near Guadalajara when suddenly the lights and motor went out. He managed to pull to the side of the road but was unable to find anything wrong with the vehicle. He decided to wait in the truck until dawn, when he could get help; a figure dressed in what appeared to be a diver’s outfit called to him from 50 meters away. The man invited Herrero to accompany him and he was led to a strange craft shaped like a hat, under which was a cylinder that extended to the ground. Inside the craft the witness found himself in a room 14 meters in diameter with walls similar to crystal or plastic. Herrero stayed inside approximately three hours talking telepathically with the entities onboard. Then he found himself outside the craft again, and noticed a puncture wound in his arm, as if they had taken a blood sample. He did not recall they doing so.

Hypotheses
Deliberate falsification
This version includes any falsifications that imitate unexplained phenomena both from the outside: practical jokes, flash mobs, fake news, witness fraud, staging, etc.
There are many ways to make something similar to a ghost or a flying saucer from improvised materials, without using video and photomontage.
Many homemade things made for the sake of a joke, a practical joke or a direct imitation of a mystical being or event can be taken as unexplained not only in photos and videos, but also in reality.
