The witness was driving along State road No. 19 when he noticed 3 large strange figures a few dozen meters ahead. According to him, these creatures were "two-legged animals" that waved their arms and ran away, apparently confused by the presence of a human.
The witness claimed that they were standing on the side of the road, and when the car approached, they quickly turned left in the direction of the nearest forest, located about 10 meters away from them.
Due to the fog surrounding the area, the witness was unable to describe the creatures, stating:
"Of course, they were neither wild animals nor humans, which may explain their stride and size."

Summary: The witness was driving on state road 19 when he noticed 3 large strange figures several dozen meters ahead. According to him the entities were “bipedal animals” which were swinging their arms and took off in a run apparently bewildered by the human’s presence. The witness claimed that they had been standing on the side of the road and when the car approached they quickly turned left toward a nearby wood located about 10 meters away. Due to the fog that enveloped the area the witness wasn’t able to describe the beings stating that, “Surely they weren’t any wild animals or humans, what can explain their stride and size”.
