Initial data
Eva Echo and her partner Pippa first noticed the mysterious light shapes when they first moved into their home in Rowley Regis.
For a while, the activity seemed to have subsided, but they have since returned in the form of disturbing footage captured by cameras installed around the house.
In an interview with the Daily Star Eve said:
"We first noticed the balloons in our kitchen earlier this year, in April. We thought it was just dust particles caught by the camera. It was limited only to the kitchen. At the same time, I continued to feel cigarette smoke when I was in the house, but none of us smoked.
Pippa couldn't smell him either, just me. Most of all I felt it in the bedroom or in the kitchen. We kept seeing these balloons on camera for a few weeks, and then they just suddenly stopped. Around the same time, I also stopped smelling smoke.
A few weeks after we realized, it coincided roughly with the time we moved into the house last year. All we know about the previous tenant is that she was an elderly person who died, so the house became available."
While the couple tried to stay calm, they said it was "so easy to get into the supernatural."
The 41-year-old posted the images on her Instagram so her followers could decide who they were, with some speculation about spirits and fireflies.
"A few nights ago, something turned on the camera in the hallway. When I checked, I saw a bright spot of light. I thought someone was shining a torch through the front door, but that's not the case," she added. "It was much brighter than any of the previous spheres. I checked the previous few days and found that faint orbs/light streaks were also appearing in the corridor. Up to this point, the camera in the hallway has never recorded anything like this since the day we moved in."

Hypotheses
Objects in motion, captured on a long exposure
Most often this artifact is called skayfish if the lens gets a passing bird or insect. It is based on the discrepancy between the speed of the video and the frequency of the flapping of insect wings. Essentially, each video drops a few strokes of the wings of an insect, which when viewed looks like "arrow", provided with long protuberances. The motion of the insect by its translucent body seems to "boom" and vibration of the wings give the appearance of bumps.
Subject when shooting with flash or backlight
Reflection of the flash on objects and small living creatures that are out of focus at the time of photographing.
Events
Rocket launches (from space.skyrocket.de)
- Site: Vandenberg AFB, California (USA) Vehicle: Delta-4H (upg.) Payload: KH-11 18 (Crystal 18, USA 314, NROL 82)
Investigation
Based on the appearance, these are specks of dust or small insects flying in the IR illumination of the camera.
