The other day I caught sight of the issue of the newspaper "Trud" (I personally do not subscribe to it) and read an article under the heading "Exactly at 4.10". It was very interesting to get acquainted with it. The fact is that I personally observed something similar, though, being on the ground, and not on an airplane.
It happened somewhere in the month of October 1984. It was about 19 o'clock in the evening, I was just returning from work. the sky was already quite dark. There were no stars as far as I can remember now. Suddenly I noticed a glowing dot moving across the sky. she was moving at about the speed of an airplane, maybe a little faster.
The dot gradually became brighter. Colour. white, like a star, but according to my assumptions, the object was within the atmosphere. At an altitude of about 8-10 km . Well, the dot gradually became brighter. There was no sound or growing noise. suddenly, a powerful ray of light flashed from a point and slid it across the sky not in the direction of the earth. The point made a sharp turn or turn. The beam went out. And at this very place, a beautiful glowing green cloud formed, which remained in one place, very slowly dissipating.
