Initial data
There is an amazing photo from Canada taken in 1894, which is apparently the oldest known photograph of a bigfoot.
The photo was originally sent to Tom Biscardi by Lyle Billett from Victoria (Canada), and Cryptomundo blogger Lauren Coleman then posted it on his website. The photo also appears in the updated version of the book Colina and Janet Board's "Collection of Bigfoot Cases" 1982.
They say that a picture speaks a thousand words, and this photo says a lot. It doesn't look like it's a fake. The photo is cracked from the fold in the upper quarter. The snowman is lying on the snow with his arms outstretched, so his hairy arms are visible. The face is hairy, but not very detailed. Snowshoes can be seen at the left edge of the photo. It seems that on the right side, right under the crack, there is a fence and a building. The legs of the dead bigfoot are not visible, they are cut out of the right part of the picture.
This photo tells us the story of how in 1894, in the wilds of western Canada, hunters and mountaineers met a bigfoot and shot him. Perhaps it happened not far from their hut. They took a picture of it. But that's not all: there was something written on the back of the photo:
Year 1894
Yalikom River Around Lilliott B.C.
Forestry-Hudsonbay Co.
They took the picture and the Guy that was in the picture went & stole them back from the forestry records (hudsonbay co.) I believe his last name was Holiday (Don’t know the first name)
Never took all pictures (only one) and took pictures of the rest.

The Story Behind the Photo
The story that this photo tells us is that in 1894 in the wilds of western Canada some trappers and mountain men encountered a bigfoot and shot him. It may have happened near their cabin. They took a photograph of it. But there is more: the photo had some writing on the back of it.

The back of the photo bore this text:

Hypotheses
Famous creatures
There are a huge number of different living organisms on our planet. According to recent estimates, the number of species of organisms on our planet is approximately 7-10 million. However, only 15% of the data are described today.
According to the calculations of Canadians, 2.2 million species live in the world's oceans, 6.5 million on land. There are only about 7.8 million species of animals on the planet, 611 thousand fungi, and 300 thousand plants.
Investigation
In the comments they write:
It's very similar to a lynx. When they fall into a trap attached to a tree, their body assumes exactly this position.
