November 3, 1957, 10 independent eyewitnesses, near Levelland, Texas, USA, night.
During For 2 hours, a large luminous egg-shaped object was observed hovering over fields and roads.
I stopped the engines of 8-9 cars. They started working when the object flew away.
The length of the object was estimated at 100-200 feet. Several have been observed.

A rare natural phenomenon, a unified physical theory of the origin and course of which has not been presented to date.
There are about 200 theories explaining the phenomenon, but none of them has received absolute recognition in the academic environment. Since this phenomenon was introduced into the scientific sphere by the English physician and researcher of electrical engineering William Snow Harris in 1843, and a scientist of the French Academy Francois Arago in 1855, many hypotheses were put forward. Menzel called them fireballs, and the car stopped, because the ignition was damp.
