American Joe Kmelek, who lives in Alaska, shared with subscribers on the social network an unusual catch — red terpug. In this marine fish, as a rule, the gills and meat have a blue color, reports New York Post.
The fisherman informed Internet users that the meat of this fish turns white when cooked. This caused them surprise, so after a while Kmelek posted another video to prove it, on which he roasts his catch. On the video, you can clearly see how the blue fillet turns white during heat treatment.
