A bright fireball was observed in the sky over the Netherlands and nearby countries on the night of April 10.

The American Meteor Community received 396 reports from eyewitnesses about a meteor sighting. The flight of the celestial body was observed over the Auvergne-Rhone Alps, Baden-Württemberg, Brussels, Drenthe, Flevoland, Gelderland, Groningen, Hauts-de-France, Hesse, Limburg, Lower Saxony, North Brabant, North Holland, North Rhine-Westphalia, Overijssel and the Walloon region on Wednesday at about 19:57 UT.

Eyewitnesses captured the event in photos and videos.
