The sea "turned white" in Odessa after the last downpour on Thursday, August 26. Judging by the footage, it was covered with a white unknown substance.

"There are a lot of white spots floating in the water. There is a strong stench."- This is reported by local media.

They say that these spots look like foam. You can also see the film in them. Most of this substance was washed up at the Ibiza club, Novini reports.LIVE Odesa". Their origin is unknown, but the locals say that the dumping of waste is to blame.
