In July 1991, Maria Semenova from Bashkiria early in the morning saw a ball shimmering with different colors, a silver ring was rotating around it. All sorts of geometric shapes, punctuation marks began to appear from the ball, and the power of the car appeared. And in the end there were three circles and several stripes - like Morse code.

Halo
Halo usually appears around the Sun or moon, sometimes around other powerful light sources such as street lights. There are many types of halos, but they are mostly caused by ice crystals in Cirrus clouds at a height of 5-10 km in the upper troposphere. The form of the observed halo depends on the shape and arrangement of crystals. Reflected and refracted by the ice crystals, the light often turns into a spectrum, which makes halo look like a rainbow, but a halo in low light has a low chroma, which is associated with the peculiarities of twilight vision.
Mirage
Optical phenomenon in which the air in the result of the refraction of light rays in addition to items in their true position, see their virtual images in the direct, inverted or severely distorted.

Inferior Mirage occurs when a large vertical temperature gradient (drop it with the height) over a superheated flat surface, often desert or paved road. Usually this "puddle" on asphalte or sand.
Cloud (natural and man-made)
Clouds are the products of condensation of water vapor suspended in the atmosphere, visible in the sky from the surface of the earth. They consist of tiny drops of water and/or ice crystals (called cloud elements).
