"UFO cloud" Turtle or Manta spotted over Eindhoven:
A few moments before the sun rose above the horizon, I noticed an almost perfectly symmetrical cloud (of various shades of gray) (in the east-northeast sky) with a cloud formation containing a sphere directly below it (see photos). however, this cloud reminded me of a turtle or a manta ray.
Since the cloud has almost perfect symmetry combined with the cloud formation directly below it, I consider it a so-called UFO cloud.
*The object was spotted while viewing photos.
The most likely explanation according to ufomeldpunt.nl - Special cloud.

“UFO-wolk” Schildpad of Manta
EINDHOVEN, NB — In de momenten voor het opkomen van de zon aan de horizon, merkte ik een vrijwel perfect symmetrische wolk (diverse grijstinten) op (aan de ONO hemel) met daar direct onder een wolkenformatie met daarin een bol (zie foto’s). echter deze wolk deed mij denken aan een schildpad of een manta.
aangezien de wolk vrijwel een perfecte symmetrie kent i.c.m. de wolkenformatie direct daaronder, beschouw ik dit als een zgn. UFO-wolk.
* Het object werd opgemerkt bij het terugkijken van de foto’s.
