Witness civil engineer Olga Yakovlevna P. (46 years old) from the balcony of her house watched 3 "hats" peeking out one from behind the other.

The length of the nearest "hat", if you stretch out your hand and attach a ruler, is about 20 cm. Other "hats" are smaller. The height is about 100 m above the ground. They were white as a cloud, and sometimes shapes with portholes and antennas shone through them. The speed was about 10m/sec. They moved evenly to the east.

A strong wind was blowing from the west, but the sky was cloudless (then UFOs like clouds brought, after they left it was cloudless again).
