Плавающий остров это понятно. Но откуда такой идеальный круглый вырез в центре озера? Ведь озеро, судя по растительности, намного больше этого выреза. И как образовался идеально круглый остров в этом вырезе? Такое впечатление, что вырез сделан искусственно на поверхности полностью заросшего озера, каким-то предметом накрывшим образовавшийся остров, а по краям ушедшего в воду и таким образом создавшего вырез в водных растениях.. Причем часть растений, занимавших узкую полоску утопленную неким предметом, явно была полностью уничтожена (например сожжена), иначе ошметки этой растительности заполонили бы освободившуюся воду, всплыв обратно после освобождения из-под предмета.
Остров плавающий, т.е. это легкая "шапка" из водного растения Эйхорния отличная (Eichhornia crassipes). Края острова и края "полыньи", в которой он плавает, ровные за счет вращения из-за течений водоема (аналогично кругам из льда).
