In the night shooting modes, the cameras of the new iPhone take photos with defects — reflections and glare are visible there, similar to ghosts or UFOs. Users claim that when they photographed the same scene with the same lighting on a phone from another manufacturer, there was nothing like that.
Owners of new iPhones, including the advanced iPhone 11 Pro, note strange effects that occur on photos taken on the camera of these smartphones. This is reported by the Chinese resource MyDrivers. Users compare strange effects with "ghosts" or unidentified flying objects. They appear where they clearly shouldn't be.
As the publication explains, we are talking about reflections and glare that appear in the pictures when the phone takes pictures near light sources. Blogger @Mickey Vaux started talking about the problem at the end of September, posting a video showing these effects. Another Chinese blogger reports that "ghostly" effects occur in night shooting mode.
Photographer @Situ Han Jing notes that the existence of such glare is a serious problem, the appearance of which was a step back for the iPhone 11 Pro. According to him, if the same scene is shot in the same conditions on an older iPhone, iPad Pro or Oppo, the effect does not manifest itself. The specialist believes that the "UFO problem" is a consequence of a defect in the development of new iPhones. Apple has not yet commented on the situation.
