And that's the end of the 80s had the idea to shoot several films about how people migrate to the aliens. The problem was only that the Studio had no props – the flying saucer where you can go to other worlds.

To solve this problem requested the Vladimir Efremov, who worked as a repairman of electronic equipment in Sukholozhskiy foundry and mechanical plant, and in the Studio – operator and editor. Now he admits that he sincerely doubted that I would find the props.

– Go to the shop and suddenly see two identical plates of aluminum. Holy smoke, the God sent us. They are large, made of aluminum with a thickness of five to six centimeters. That's it! The Director went forward and allowed them to take. Loaded them (and each weighed 300 kg) and drove to the shop, – says Vladimir Efremov.

Flying saucer created from scrap materials. Legs, for example, made of pipes, which in the shop had a lot. Plus cut out the portholes. It turned out very natural.

The Director himself even interested in our work and saw to it that the quality was on the level. Still, for movie props, – says the Creator of a flying saucer.

In diameter it was five or six meters, but inside could fit 30 people.

– The same person always goes up, always looking at the stars, waiting for something. And with all your soul and body wants to see what is there, what is hidden from us, – says Vladimir Ilyich.

In the end, a flying saucer was used in the filming of several movies. By the way, there were two of them. One big and the other table. It is the latter, and flew in the film.

Vladimir Ilyich says that one of the festivals their film noticed by film Director Eldar Ryazanov. He was genuinely surprised that a small town was able to build a real flying saucer.

After filming it was attached to a pioneer camp near a Dry Ravine. Only here, where she is now is unknown, because in the 90s simply stole it. Most likely sold for scrap.
