Crop circles near Rostov turned out to be Samsung ads

Samsung Electronics has created a mysterious circular image on a cornfield in the Rostov region as part of the launch of the new Gear S2 smartwatch in Russia. "Alien" patterns near the farm Chernyshevka were in the news of many domestic media, and also surprised local farmers.

The origin of the mysterious crop circles has been the subject of research and speculation for many decades. Scientists and enthusiasts continue to argue whether they are the work of human hands, a natural phenomenon, or traces of extraterrestrial civilizations on our planet.

However, in this case, it is Samsung Gear S2 that is depicted on the Rostov fields. An image with an area of almost 10,000 m2 was not easy to implement. The authors showed the process of creating the project in a video that appeared on the network the day before.

"The circle is a universal symbol that means integrity, perfect form, and eternity. With the help of crop circles, we wanted to emphasize this once again, and thus mark the premiere of smart watches, " said Arkady Graf, head of Samsung Mobile in Russia. "This new product deserves to be presented in the most unusual and creative way."
