Residents Tucson (Arizona) puzzled by the mysterious appearance of thousands of little jelly-like balls of unknown origin in the middle of the desert.
A strange cluster of small objects spherical shape purple color was discovered by local residents Gerardine Vargas and her husband while Hiking.
"We photographed the area, and suddenly saw something shimmering in the sun," says Gerardine. "It was like lilac crystals. Nothing like I've ever seen before".
The accumulation of bodies of unknown origin was found only in one place. Some of the beads were opaque, some transparent.
"We immediately called our friend the zoologist, but it was difficult to say what it could be," said Gerardine the reporters at KGUN-9. "I didn't think she understood what was discussed".
The film crew of the channel KGUN-9 went to the place of discovery, to verify the validity of information, and really found something similar to "sticky balls, which turned into a watery substance when pressed".
Darlene Buhrow, Director of the marketing Department of the Botanical garden Tucson (Tucson Botanical Gardens) suggested that the jelly balls could be the bodies natural terrestrial origin – of sliznevo mold or jelly fungus.
Other experts suggest that it could be something similar to products Deco Beads – the little colored water-filled balloons used as a means of constant hydration of plants.
Although it remains unclear why and how thousands of purple balls was in the middle of the desert.
