When viewed from the ground, we see only the upper half of the rainbow, but in general it is a complete circle — such as in the picture taken with the help of a drone flying over the Lofoten Archipelago in northwestern Norway during an autumn downpour.
To see the rainbow completely, you need to be exactly opposite the sun and the center of its circumference. This is possible when observing from the air, for example, from an air base or, as in this case, from a drone. You can also create a full rainbow circle with a garden hose, spraying water in a diametrically opposite direction from the sun.
In the case of double reflection of the sun's rays in raindrops around the main rainbow, another one may form, as in the published picture. It has a larger radius and has less saturated colors with a reverse sequence.
