An unusual incident occurred on February 24 on the island of Harbor. A resident of the UK on one of the beaches of the Bahamas found a strange ball, which clearly shows the inscriptions in Russian. This is reported by the Independent.
The weight of the find, made of titanium, is 41 kilograms. A team of researchers from the UK, led by Dr. Martin Acher, examined the metal ball and concluded that it could be part of the fuel system of a satellite or spacecraft.
Experts could not give a clear answer to the question of how this item ended up in the Bahamas. From the inscription, it became known that it was produced in 2018. The rest of the information concerns the operating temperature range of the ball and its dimensions.
According to experts, spacecraft operators often get rid of used pieces of equipment over the Pacific Ocean in the most remote part from the land, also called the Nemo point. Since the calculation of the entry of parts into the Earth's atmosphere is not always accurate, they can be found in the most unexpected places. The incident in the Bahamas is a clear example of this.

The last launch of the Antares rocket. it was held not so long ago — on February 20. It is known that the flight path of the rocket just passes just north of the Bahamas.
